For fast, smooth playing feel and elegant aesthetics, the “Medium C”-shaped maple neck hosts a 9.5”-radius ebony fingerboard with 6150 fretwire for modern playing feel and worry-free bending. The hand-wound ‘50/’51 Blackguard single-coil pickups howl with biting tone that slashes through the mix like an executioner’s sword. Surrounded by inlaid sterling silver purfling, the lightweight ash body wears “Grey Wolf” on the top and back, while the sides are “Raven Black”-with a thin lacquer finish over it all. Crafted to order, this guitar could only have come from Westeros-and the Dream Factory, the Fender Custom Shop. This bespoke guitar was painstakingly crafted by Principal Master Builder, Ron Thorn, who called on his extensive experience while adorning it with symbols and materials that pay tribute to House Stark.
